The President of the Foundation, Prof. C. Zerefos participated at the GEO High Level Group on Earth Observations metting held in St Petersberg on 7 November 2016. Prof. Zerefos presented a proposal at the IUGG side event held on 8 November 2016 and assigned his deputy Dr. V. Gerasopoulos for the XIII General Assembly meeting.
